We use collected information to:

• Provide and improve our compliance assessment services
• Generate gap analyses and SPRS scoring for your organization
• Communicate with you about your account and our services
• Ensure platform security and prevent unauthorized access

3. Document Handling

Documents you upload (SSPs, policies, evidence) are processed solely for the purpose of compliance assessment. We do not use your documents to train AI models. Documents are stored encrypted at rest and in transit on infrastructure we control.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only when required by law, or with service providers who operate under strict contractual obligations to protect your data. AI processing is performed using models hosted on infrastructure we control where possible.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and documents for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days. Backups are purged within 90 days.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments. Our infrastructure is self-hosted on dedicated servers.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also export your assessment data in standard formats.
